The contributor likes to change what is wrong.

 

The complainer likes to talk.

The contributor likes to take action.

 

Complainers take from others.

Contributors give to others.

 

A complainer offers feedback.

A contributor offers feed forward.

 

A complainer says, “I could do better”.

A contributor does better.

 

A complainer expects to be served.

A contributor serves.

 

Which are you, a complainer or a contributor?
