Overall I found the book well worth the read and recommend it for anyone interested in modern leadership. The applications and principles suggested by Li are sound and appropriate.

In addition, the author presents servant leadership for the PMO in the framework of the 10 servant leadership characteristices defined by Larry Spears (Listening, Empathy, Healing, Awareness, Persuasion, Conceptualization, Foresight, Stewardship, Commitment to the Growth of People and Building Community).
